​Every tax-deductible donation will be directed to the betterment of the Sioux Falls community through the creation and enhancement of various arts programs. 

The Carl A. Grupp Charitable Fund is managed by Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation 501(c)(3) and the Estate of Carl A. Grupp.  

​The Carl A. Grupp Charitable Fund is designed to perpetuate the telling of stories through art, through the teaching of art, and by challenging one's imagination. Distributions from the fund are reviewed and awarded by the family of Carl.
